* Scholarship applications require payment of Registration Fee, which is fully refundable if the scholarship is not awarded or accepted. ** Program Fee includes delegate participation in all plenary sessions, afternoon seminars and workshops, and admission to all evening concerts and performances, evening receptions, and Bag-End Café (after-hours). The fee also includes six dinner meals. PLEASE NOTE: to give registrants more flexibility in their housing arrangements during the Summer Institute, the C.S. Lewis Foundation will not be handling room and board. Rather, registrants will be responsible for finding their own housing and most of their meals. Policies
The Registration Fee is nonrefundable. All payments for Admission (Program Fee) are fully refundable up to April 1, 2011, 50% refundable from April 2, 2011 to June 15, 2011; and nonrefundable after June 15, 2011.
* As all C.S. Lewis Foundation costs for the event are ultimately due and payable in British pounds sterling, the cost in U.S. currency may be subject to increase due to possible fluctuations in currency exchange rates. Should the cost of the pound rise above $1.70 by July 3, 2011, a pro-rata currency exchange surcharge may be applied.
It is strongly advised that Oxbridge 2011 participants purchase travel insurance to protect themselves from unforeseen events that may impact their travel plans.
