Scholars-in-Residence Rates
Rates quoted below are based upon room selection, length of stay, and full acceptance into the Scholars-in-Residence Program.
Long Term Rates* (based on 2-month minimum residency)
Long-term Scholars-in-Residence make a commitment for a minimum of two months of continuous occupancy. Linens are provided. Meals are the sole responsibility of the resident.

Music RoomThe Music room is on the first floor at the end of the entrance hall. The window opens to a private, serene garden. One or two twin beds can be placed in this room. | £450 |
Joy Gresham’s RoomJoy’s room offers two twin beds, a fireplace, and a view of the side garden. | £475 |
Maureen Moore’s RoomLocated on the second floor, Mrs. Moore’s room is the largest bedroom, and offers a double bed, and lovely view from the window. | £500 |
Warren (“Warnie”) Lewis’s Suite: bedroom, study & toiletWarnie’s suite includes two twin beds, a desk and study area, a fireplace and a separate room with sink and toilet. | £600 |
* Please note: Where a Resident Scholar is accompanied by a spouse, there will be a spousal surcharge of 1/3 the base room rate added to the monthly room fee.
Short Term Rates* (based on a stay of 1-60 days)
The length of stay for Short-term Scholars-in-Residence ranges from a weekend to two months. Residents are provided with linens as well as an assortment of breakfast items each morning. Room choices are based on availability.
