Note: we are now accepting late registrations until 2/19/2019. If registering after that, please email selmore@cslewis.org that you are interested in registering on-site at the event.

Tuition & Meal Rate

Meals for the event are included with registration (Friday evening reception, Saturday lunch and dinner).

Register Full conference, no meals: $185. No meals are included.

Single Session registration, no meals: $40. Includes one main session. No meals are included. Note: given the discounted rate, this is for those who will only be attending one session of the conference.

Single Day rate (Saturday), no meals: $115. Includes morning sessions, breakout sessions, and evening session on Saturday. Does not include meals.

Lodging Rates – Kellogg West Conference Center

NOTE: the special rate below is available until January 31, 2019. After that, the rates will be full hotel rates based upon availability.

The following room rate is per room, per night (not per person). It includes lodging and breakfast the next day for each night reserved. Wifi is complimentary as is parking.

Shuttle service is available for free (with advanced notice of 48 hours or more) from/to Ontario International Airport for those staying at Kellogg West. Additional shuttle arrangements can be made for $50 per hour, with a two hour minimum.

Single occupancy: $89 per room per night
Double occupancy: $94 per room per night

Please note: as of 1/30/2019, there is currently no additional lodging available at the conference center for Friday evening. There is still space for Saturday evening.

 Policies

  • Online Registration for tuition/meals (to the C.S. Lewis Foundation) requires payment in full.
  • Refunds
    • Tuition & Meals (C.S. Lewis Foundation): $50 of the tuition is non-refundable. The remainder of the tuition is refundable if registration is cancelled by 1/10/2019. After 1/10/2019, 100% of the tuition fee is non-refundable.
    • Room (Kellogg West): Cancellations made prior to 48 hours of the event will receive a full refund. Guests cancelling after 48hours of the event will be charged 1 night room and tax.
  • Photography/filming policy: by registering for the event, you give your consent to be filmed/photographed during the event for potential use for archival, fundraising, marketing, and promotional productions of the C.S. Lewis Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. If you would like to opt-out, please email us at selmore at cslewis.org and provide us with a note and a headshot photo of yourself so that we don’t inadvertently use your image.
