All fees paid are refundable up to October 3, 2003, except for a $15 cancellation fee. After this date, no refunds will be possible. Register by mail, phone, or fax.

• ACCOMMODATIONS – Rooms are available at the Oakland Marriott City Center for October 10 and/or 11. The special conference rate is $99/single and $99/double room. Reservations must be made directly on or before Sept. 19 by phoning 1-800-991-7249. You must mention the “C.S. Lewis Foundation” in order to receive this special Group Rate.
