Jerry
Root is the Assistant Professor of Christian Formation
and Ministry at Wheaton
College. He is the co- editor, with Wayne Martindale, of The Quotable
C. S. Lewis and has contributed articles on C. S. Lewis to C. S.
Lewis Lightbearer in the Shadowlands, The Pilgrim's Guide: C. S.
Lewis and the Art of Witness, Christian History Magazine, Focus on
the Family Magazine, and others.
Jerry has also delivered numerous papers on Lewis before scholarly societies.
He has been reading Lewis for 32 years, teaching college and graduate
courses on Lewis for 22 years, and has lectured on Lewis in many countries
and on three continents.
Kim Gilnet
Kim
Gilnett serves as Marketing Associate for the School of Fine and Performing
Arts at Seattle Pacific University. Kim's abiding passion as an Anglophile
and true Lewisian has made him into a highly experienced and engaging
tour leader. His avid study of Lewis has afforded him the opportunity
to meet a number of Lewis' friends and other scholars.
As a Trustee of the C.S. Lewis Foundation, Kim has applied his understanding
of England and the Anglican Church to enrich four C.S. Lewis Summer Institutes.
He has spent a decade of summers at The Kilns, where he has been actively
involved in ensuring the historical accuracy of The Kilns' restoration.

Kate
Simcoe returns her second year as our gracious hostess, the Coordinator
