*Single sessions may be either weekday morning plenary meetings (worship time, two lectures, coffee break and artistic whimsy) or evening concerts and performances.  (Opening and Closing Services of Worship are free and open to the public; admission to afternoon seminars, symposia and workshops are open only to full conference participants.)

Cancellation Policy

The Registration Fee is nonrefundable. All payments for Admission (Program Fee) and Room and Board are fully refundable up to 1 April 2008, 50% refundable from 2 April 2008 to 16 June 2008; and nonrefundable after 16 June 2008.

It is strongly advised that Oxbridge 2008 participants purchase travel insurance to protect themselves from unforeseen events that may impact their travel plans.
