*Single sessions may be either weekday morning plenary meetings (worship time, two lectures, coffee break and artistic whimsy) or evening concerts and performances. (Opening and Closing Services of Worship are free and open to the public; admission to afternoon seminars, symposia and workshops are open only to full conference participants.)
Policies
The Registration Fee is nonrefundable. All payments for Admission (Program Fee) and Room and Board are fully refundable up to April 1, 2008, 50% refundable from April 2, 2008 to June 16, 2008; and nonrefundable after June 16, 2008.
* As all C.S. Lewis Foundation costs for tuition, room, and board are ultimately due and payable in British pounds sterling, the cost in U.S. currency may be subject to increase due to possible fluctuations in currency exchange rates. Should the cost of the pound rise above $2.05 by July 15, 2008, a pro-rata currency exchange surcharge may be applied.
It is strongly advised that Oxbridge 2008 participants purchase travel insurance to protect themselves from unforeseen events that may impact their travel plans.
