Performers

Annie Herring
Annie possesses one of the signature voices in contemporary Christian music. A founding member of 2nd Chapter of Acts, she has long described herself as a “song receiver” and continues to bless thousands of loyal listeners with her God-given songwriting and musical gifts. A significant recorded effort by the group was The Roar of Love, an album based on The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe. This fantasy story captured the imagination of Annie who began an eight year process of writing songs for the project. It remains to this day one of the group's most loved efforts. While the group retired in 1988 after 16 years together, Annie has continued her solo career in music ministry to the present.
