If you had trouble processing your credit card through PayPal, please know that there are a few common reasons for this and that you may call us and register over the phone.
- Your name, address, or other account information as entered might not match what is on file with your credit card company.
- You may already have your credit card associated with a PayPal account. The message it will give you is “The card you entered cannot be used for this payment. Please enter a different credit or debit card number.” If so, PayPal requires that you log in with your PayPal account first.
