S. Lewis<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Paul Ford, Professor and author of Companion to Narnia<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Malcolm Guite, Chaplain, poet, and author of Faith Hope and Poetry and Sounding the Seasons.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Diana Glyer, Professor of English at Azusa Pacific University, and author of <em>The Company They Keep:\u00a0C.S. Lewis and J.R.R. Tolkien as Writers in Community.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Peter Kreeft, lecturer and author of C.S. Lewis for the Third Millennium Tony Lawton, Founder of The Mirror Theatre Company and professional actor, well-known for his adaptations of The Screwtape Letters and The Great Divorce.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>More speakers, session leaders, and artists to be announced!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conference Theme<br \/>\n<\/strong><em>Living the Legacy: The Vision, Voice, &amp; Vocation of C.S. Lewis<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Nearly fifty years after his death, the popularity and relevance of C.S. Lewis continues to increase. His books, published in many languages, remain perennial bestsellers and continue to inspire both children and adults alike, while his academic ideas continue to inform key debates in a number of fields.<\/p>\n<p>Worldwide ticket sales in the billions of dollars from the Chronicles of Narnia film series and sold out theatre performances certify the imaginative power and wonder of Lewis\u2019s world. Most recently, Westminster Abbey has announced the unveiling of a memorial stone to Lewis in the Poets Corner on November 22, 2013.<\/p>\n<p>But why?
