Topic\/focus<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

70 years ago C.S. Lewis completed his acclaimed Space Trilogy (Out of the Silent Planet<\/em>, Perelandra<\/em>, and That Hideous Strength<\/em>).<\/p>\n

Perhaps the greatest theme in these novels is Lewis\u2019 belief that the ordinary world in which we live is pervaded with the spiritual reality of God – \u201cDeep Heaven\u201d- which has a claim on our lives.<\/p>\n

How does God call us to do His work? What does it mean to be \u201ccalled\u201d? As Christians, how do we engage our culture for Christ in this particularly difficult environment? What are some of the obstacles we face in the 21st century?<\/p>\n

Come join us at Camp Allen, amid the piney woods near Houston, as we explore these deep questions together using Lewis\u2019 Space Trilogy as our guide.<\/p>\n
