“Further Up, Further In: Calling Women to a Deeper Life”

Lewis once observed that women tend to focus intently on practical issues (as opposed to the purely philosophical), confronting and solving real problems the world faces: “That is, no doubt, her glory and proper contribution to the common wisdom of the race.”

In this two-day seminar, we’ll talk about what it really means to “come further up, further in” – how to answer Aslan’s call in our daily lives, and what impact that can have on the world we live in today.

Drawing insight from female characters in Lewis’s works including The Screwtape Letters, The Great Divorce, Narnia, and others, we’ll examine specific obstacles we face and explore practical ways to overcome them. Come learn how to flourish even in desert seasons, and lead others to the life-giving Stream of Living Water
