2nd Round of Oxbridge Postcard Images

After everyone’s votes yesterday and today, we are now down to the second round of images for the 2011 Summer Institute postcard. I’ve placed them in order of votes, and because all but the first one (which is the clear favorite so far) have almost an equal amount of votes, I’m considering a fun idea: going to print with 4 different versions of the postcard.

So the vote is different this time – now I’d love to know which 2-3 variants you absolutely would not want to pick!

47th Anniversary of C.S. Lewis’s Death

C.S. Lewis died on November 22, 1963, just seven days shy of his 65th birthday on November 29th.

Today is the 47th anniversary of his death, the same day that President John F. Kennedy and writer Aldous Huxley died.

Holly Ordway’s Inspiration at Camp Allen

For a CS Lewis fan, what could be better than three days holed up in a beautiful retreat center in the Texas piney woods, sharing in fellowship and conversation with like-minded folks? Answer: nothing!

Rather than walk through all the events of a very, very busy four days (I arrived on the Thursday and left on the Sunday), I will pull out a few highlights of the 2010 CS Lewis Retreat, starting with Malcolm Guite and ending with the C.S. Lewis College!
