Each week offers its own unique flavor, set in the lovely medieval university cities of Oxford of Cambridge-Oxford, with its dreaming spires and bustling city life, and Cambridge, with its rolling hills and quiet pastoral setting. While most conference registrants typically feast on both weeks of this triennial conference, we understand that some cannot afford the time and/or the financial commitment for both weeks and must therefore choose between the two. To make this decision easier, you may reference the weekly highlights here.
I plan to attend:
Both weeks in Oxford and Cambridge—$1,785 Oxford only—$1,020 Cambridge only—$1,020
Please remember that the accommodations are student residences during the academic year. They are clean and quite adequate for most but do lack some of the amenities that a local hotel or bed-and-breakfast may provide. Those desiring hotel or bed-and-breakfast accommodations are encouraged to visit www.visitoxford.org or www.visitcambridge.org.
Housing assignments are given on a first-come, first-served basis. To apply for "in college" accommodations, please indicate your 1st, 2nd, and 3rd room choices for each week that you participate in the conference. If you prefer to share a room with another conferee, or require any special assistance, please let us know by making use of the Comments box on the checkout screen. Absent a preference in twin rooms, a roommate will be assigned to you.
For your convenience, the following definitions have been provided for room accommodations:
• Single Ensuite: Single room with one twin bed and a private bath • Twin Ensuite: Single room with two twin beds and a private bath • Single Superior Standard: Single room with one twin bed, adjoined to another single room with a shared bathroom • Single Standard: Single room with one twin bed and bath facilities shared in common with 4–6 people

A two-week triennial conference comes with its fair share of financial commitment. We realize some registrants—specifically full-time students, college faculty, and clergy—may be in particular need of financial assistance. To accommodate this special need, we provide association discounts for these particular groups. Please note that all discounts are applied in-house, at the time of payment processing, and will therefore not be reflected in your final balance at checkout. I qualify for the following association discount for the two-week conference*:
Full-time college or university student - $400 Full-time college or university faculty - $200 Full-time clergy or campus minister - $200 I qualify for the following association discount for the one-week conference*:
Full-time college or university student - $200 Full-time college or university faculty - $100 Full-time clergy or campus minister - $100
*Only one association discount may apply. Proof of association, such as an ID card, is required to qualify for this discount. Please identify the school or church through which you are affiliated in the Comments section of the checkout screen.
Limited merit scholarships, financial aid, and work-study grants are also available. Those interested in applying should submit a letter indicating their reasons for attending and the nature of their financial need. In addition, two letters of reference are required, preferably one personal and one professional.
On the following screen, you will find a summary listing of your registration selections. Please confirm that the information is correct before proceeding to the checkout screen, where you will be asked to submit your credit card information for payment.
Please note that most of our conference registrants pay their entire balance in full at the time of registration. However, you may also elect to pay the $395 registration fee and participate in our payment plan for your tuition and housing balance. This plan allows you to pay the remaining fees in three equal installments, due January 15, March 15, and May 15. Please note that if you register after any of the installment dates have passed, you are required to make up for any payments in arrears at the time of registration. In this case, divide your tuition and housing balance by three and submit the appropriate amount along with your $395 registration fee. You will then receive an invoice for any future installment payments that are due. Note: If you do choose to participate in the installment payment plan, please indicate the same by noting your preference in the Comments box on the checkout page to ensure that we charge the appropriate amount to your credit card at this time. If you have any questions regarding installment payments, please contact our registrar via email at registrar@cslewis.org or by phone at 1-888-CSLEWIS (275-3947).
A $25 late fee will be assessed on all late installment payments.
