The Assembly Buildings Conference Centre
The Assembly Buildings Conference Centre will be our headquarters for the 2025 Summer Institute. The majority of our sessions will happen there, with some afternoon and evening sessions elsewhere around the city. There are many hotels within walking distance of the Assembly Buildings.
When you book your lodging, you’ll ideally want to look for a hotel within walking distance to the Presbyterian Assembly Buildings Conference Centre.

Registrants are responsible for the costs of their own accommodations, separate from the Registration/Program fees. The hotel where many of our staff and speakers will be staying is the Europa Hotel.
Tip: If you are looking for the lowest rates, we recommend booking a refundable room and searching again at a later time in case any discounts or offers are available.
Update – May 8: The Europa has added 20 rooms for our conference attendees at a slightly discounted rate. If you would like to reserve, you will need to call them directly and mention that you are attending the C.S. Lewis Conference in July. *Room are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
